The Bank has a communication policy with shareholders and investors, whose basis principles are: truthfulness, immediacy and standardization in providing information.

In addition, through its website the Investor Relations unit gives all BBVA shareholders access to the Shareholder Office which provides information on relevant aspects related to the BBVA share and the Group, offers special products and responds to suggestions.
