1 On January 22, 2021, BBVA announced that the sale of its shareholding stake, direct and indirect, of 100% of the Shareholders' equity of Banco GNB Paraguay, S.A. had been completed after obtaining all required authorizations.

On November 16, 2020, the Group announced that it had reached an agreement with The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. for the sale part of the business it develops in this country. (1) Reporting channel to CEO for Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Uruguay and Paraguay, as well as monitoring of all countries, including Spain, Mexico, USA and Turkey.
